Picture
The Iroquois Falls Cross-Country Ski Club was established in 1973 by several individuals, most notably Allan Cashmore who was club president for over 40 years. Throughout that time, Allan dedicated thousands of hours to the club.

Trails were established starting in the general area and extended out to Rice Lake. Trails 1-3 are on crown land with a land-use permit. Trail number 4 is on the old Cashmore property which remains privately owned and is designated for dogs to run on.
